What happens during the assessment?
We’ll spend 60 minutes reviewing your goals, movement and lifting technique to identify your starting point and training priorities.
Do I need lifting experience?
No. You don’t need to get fit before getting started. I’ll meet you at your current level, explain each exercise, and help you build confidence as you progress.
What if I have joint discomfort or an old injury?
Mention it when you apply. We’ll discuss your limitations and any guidance from your healthcare provider, then choose exercises and a training approach appropriate for you. Personal training does not replace medical care or rehabilitation.
How does hybrid coaching work?
You’ll train with me in person four times per month and follow a personalized program between sessions. Weekly check-ins help us review your progress and make adjustments.

In-person packages include 8 or 12 sessions. We’ll discuss a training schedule that fits your availability. Hybrid coaching includes 4 in-person sessions plus programming for your independent workouts. Share your availability in the application so we can discuss the fit.
Does applying book a session?
No. Your application helps me understand your goals and the support you’re looking for. We’ll discuss fit, availability and next steps before scheduling.
